Production Chemist

Profile Summary:

A successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of production performance, and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that’s consistent with quality requirements.

Expected Qualification

Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Chemistry.

Expected number of Years of Experience

3-5 years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum use of manpower.
• Providing necessary information / equipment’s to subordinates to protect their health.
• Responsible to communicate planned deviation & unplanned deviation to production head.
• Responsible for day-to-day trouble shooting & grievances at shop floor.
• To maintain document and record like Batch Record, Equipment logbooks, Cleaning Record, etc.
• To maintain housekeeping and equipment cleaning record.
• To maintain Equipment Status (as under operation/under cleaning).
• To ensure Cleaning, sanitation of manufacturing area.
• Monitoring of compliance with cGMP requirements.
• To ensure that product are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
• To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of production personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
• To suggest change control for process, equipment and documents related to production department
